Shipping Courier: Shipments of items purchased on the website wayuulove.com will be delivered via DHL or USPS.
- Domestic Orders (USA) we´ll be delivered within within 5 business days via USPS or DHL. Due to high volume, our carrier partners may be experiencing delays during the Holiday season up to 10 business days.
- International Orders we´ll de delivered via DHL in 3 week aproximately. Take in consideration occasion that due to COVID 19, we may present delays up to 45 days.
We recommend that the data and address should be as accurate as possible, mentioning specific benchmarks to facilitate delivery.
*Custom fees and or foreign taxes may be applied in the destination country. Wayuulove is unable to be held responsible for these charges, and they will not be reimbursed or refunded. If you are unsure of the charges and whether you will be affected or not, please contact your local customs.

RETURN AND EXCHANGES
At Wayuulove we hope you love your purchase. But in the event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns on new items only in perfect conditions and that are not sale or clear items.
Returns of full-price merchandise are accepted within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Refunds will be issued in original form of payment and must be accompanied by receipt with the merchandise in the original condition.
Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed and must have all tags and accessories attached.
Products that are soiled, worn, damaged, laundered or received in unacceptable conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at customer expense
Wayuulove reserves the right to refuse any returned in the case that the goods/items have been used or soiled in any way.
Custom made products cannot be return or exchanged.
“FINAL SALE” items will not be accepted for return/exchange.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
How to Return Merchandise by Mail
The item (s) must be accompanied by the original return form and customs documents (if applicable). Unfortunately, Wayuulove.com does not currently offer exchanges on merchandise purchased on our website. If you are looking for a different size and/or color for an item already purchased, simply return the item in your possession and place a new order for the desired item.
