Shipping Courier: Shipments of items purchased on the website wayuulove.com will be delivered via DHL,USPS or UPS.
- Domestic Orders (USA) we´ll be delivered within within 3 business days via UPS,USPS or DHL; if the item is in stock in our USA Storage. If you need to place an order for rush shipment please contact us with your request at firstname.lastname@example.org
- International Orders will be delivered in three weeks approximately.
Due to Covid related issues, we are experiencing some delays in our shipping and production times. All our hand-crafted pieces are done in Venezuela. At this moment Venezuela is experiencing a peak of contagiousness Covid cases so we are dealing with delays in inspections and shipping times due to the heightened safety measures the country has set in place, which are beyond our control. Rest assured, we are diligently working on getting all your orders out as soon as possible complying with all the necessary precautions to make sure our team stays healthy and safe. We appreciate your patience during this time; grateful for your understanding. All of our pieces are handmade with love and the utmost level of quality; thanks for your preference and for believing in the Wayuulove Magic.
*Custom fees and or foreign taxes may be applied in the destination country. Wayuulove.com is unable to be held responsible for these charges, and they will not be reimbursed or refunded. If you are unsure of the charges and whether you will be affected or not, please contact your local customs.

Holiday season: Please allow Ten (10) additional business days of delivery and handling to process your order.
EXCHANGES AND RETURN
At Wayuulove we hope you love your purchase. But in the event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept comments, suggestion and feedback.We only accept exchange on new items in perfect conditions and that are not sale or clear items.
Exchange and return of merchandise are accepted within 7 days of receipt of receiving the items.
Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed and must have all tags and accessories attached.
Merchandise that are soiled, worn, damaged, laundered or received in unacceptable conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at customer expenses.
Wayuulove.com reserves the right to refuse any returned in the case that the goods/items have been used or soiled in any way.
Custom made (Personalize) items cannot be exchanged.
“FINAL SALE” items will not be accepted for exchange.
"PROMOTIONAL CODE " and " DISCOUNT CODE" items will not be eligible and accepted for exchange. Can only be exchanged on a case by case basis (exceptions must approve by Wayuulove.com)
Exchange of full price items is possible, but the cost of original shipping will be discounted from the full price item.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
We cannot be held liable for the lost of your product being exchange, we suggest you ship your item with a tracking number.
You can exchange your item for any collection with the same amount of price or paying the difference.
We do not accept returns .
How to exchange Merchandise by Mail:
The item (s) must be accompanied by the original return form and customs documents (if applicable). Products that are soiled, worn, damaged, laundered or received in unacceptable conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Wayuulove.com reserves the right to refuse any return in the case that the goods/items have been used or soiled in any way.
Shipping charges for exchange to Wayuulove.com are the responsibility of the client. We recommend shipping your package via an insured or traceable method otherwise Wayuulove.com is not responsible for returned or lost packages.
