At Wayuulove we hope you love your purchase. But in the event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns on new items only in perfect conditions and that are not sale or clear items.

Returns of full-price merchandise are accepted within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Refunds will be issued in original form of payment and must be accompanied by receipt with the merchandise in the original condition.

Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed and must have all tags and accessories attached.

Products that are soiled, worn, damaged, laundered or received in unacceptable conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at customer expense

Wayuulove reserves the right to refuse any returned in the case that the goods/items have been used or soiled in any way.

Please NOTE:

Custom made products can not be return or exchanged.

“FINAL SALE” items will not be accepted for return/exchange.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

How to Return Merchandise by Mail

The item (s) must be accompanied by the original return form and customs documents (if applicable). Shipping charges for returns to Wayuulove.com are the responsibility of the client. We recommend shipping your package via an insured or traceable method otherwise Wayuulove.com is not responsible for returned or lost packages.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, Wayuulove.com does not currently offer exchanges on merchandise purchased on our website. If you are looking for a different size and/or color for an item already purchased, simply return the item in your possession and place a new order for the desired item.
